This home was expanded by 2,500 square feet to support daily life, adding a generous mudroom and powder room, an open kitchen with dining and seating areas, and a new primary suite on the second floor. Working within the lower ceiling heights common to New England homes, every inch was carefully considered, balancing functionality and form through a fully custom kitchen with bespoke cabinetry, appliances, and built-in seating that serves as an additional family space. Thoughtful storage, subtle color, and vintage details, including a vintage Oushak in the mudroom, add warmth throughout, while the primary ensuite layers serene tile selections inspired by art to create a quiet retreat from daily life.
